Shemale Breast Augmentation

Men who opt to become women via surgery often are very satisfied with their results. Usually, one of the final touches on shemale transformation is breast augmentation, to finalize the feminine touches and finally become a woman.

Breast augmentation surgery is an enormously popular surgery for women, as most people know. But when it comes to shemale breast augmentation, things can be a little trickier since a biological male's body is different in this area than a biological female's.

There is often much less tissue to work with, since men generally have much flatter, and less fatty pectoral areas than women do. They may not get an ideal result if they have very little fat to work with. The implant may be more visible to the naked eye, or the feel may not be ideal because it would not be as soft if it has more natural flesh covering it.

This is why men who are seeking to biologically transform their bodies to be feminine in appearance often rely solely on hormone therapy. Hormone therapy can often enlarge men's breasts on its own, but it may not enlarge them satisfactorily to his liking. Some men may not even respond this way to hormone therapy, and therefore, they seek breast implants.

Some men seeking shemale breast enlargement may even take the hormone therapy, and wait and see how much it helps their breasts grow. Then, they may also elect to have breast implants as well, to enhance the appearance of their new feminine body even more.

The typical breast growth for men taking estrogenic hormone therapy is usually one cup size less than their closely related female relatives. So, you can see how some transgendered men may want to get a breast augmentation in addition to the therapy, especially if they desire large breasts.

The risks associated with breast implant surgery in men are really no different than they are for women. Men receive the exact same types of implants, and they can also choose the same incision points, placement, and sizes as women can.

Most men would probably want to choose the "under the muscle" placement for their implants, because this would look most natural when there is not a lot of tissue to work with. This type of placement is a little more invasive than over the muscle, and so may require a bit more recovery time, but it is the most popular because it looks more natural and usually results in less complications.

Of course, there is always the risk of infection, and the requirement for anesthesia always presents certain risks and danger factors. Another risk of breast implants is that they may rupture or deflate. There is also the possibility for capsular contracture, which is a painful condition where scar tissue encases the implant. This condition sometimes requires the removal of implants.

There are some natural hormone therapies out there as well that do not require a prescription that some men have had great success with in enlarging their breasts. They may be based on herbal or animal ingredients, and they usually impact the hormones, so they should be chosen cautiously.

Whatever the choice is for shemale breast augmentation, it should be thought over and considered very carefully. There are some excellent options in this day and age of medical advances, so be sure to research the latest and greatest techniques that are at your disposal.
